1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Lush Living House Cleaning offers residential cleaning services, including standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring cleaning. All services are performed by trained cleaning professionals using approved cleaning products and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The property is unsafe or unsanitary.
• Access to the home is restricted.
• There is abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings can be made online through our website or by phone.
• Appointment availability is shown in real time via our booking system (e.g., Amelia).
• A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.
• By booking, you authorize us to charge your card for the selected services.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on home size, condition, and selected add-ons.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or another trusted payment gateway.
• Quotes provided online are estimates; final charges may adjust based on actual service conditions.
• Any promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively added.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change!

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.
• Repeated cancellations may result in suspension of future bookings.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. Refunds are only issued at our discretion and under reasonable circumstances.

7. Access to Property

You must ensure we can safely access your home at the scheduled time. If we cannot enter due to a locked door, alarm, or other restriction, it may be treated as a no-show and subject to applicable fees.

8. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, please:

• Pick up personal items and valuables before our team arrives.
• Secure pets in a safe area during service.
• Notify us of any fragile or valuable items that require special care.

We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly disclosed or secured before service.

9. Liability & Damages

• Our cleaners take great care with your home, but accidents can happen. Please report any damages within 24 hours of service completion.
• Lush Living House Cleaning is insured and bonded, and we will review any claims fairly.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly installed or maintained.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• Unsafe or hazardous conditions exist.
• There is harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
• The client repeatedly fails to comply with policies.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or booking system is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
