At Lush Living House Cleaning, we value your time and trust. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services and a transparent booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle appointment changes, cancellations, and refunds.

By booking a service through our website or confirming an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both clients and our cleaning professionals, please review our cancellation terms:

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): A 50% service fee will be charged to compensate for the reserved time slot.

  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: The full service amount will be charged, as our team has already been scheduled and allocated for your appointment.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact our support team — we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but rescheduling fees may apply depending on team availability.

3. Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we’ll work to make it right.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was canceled in compliance with our 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • The payment was charged in error or duplicated.

  • A verified quality concern could not be resolved with a re-clean or service credit.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

4. Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you’re not completely happy with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll return for a free touch-up or offer a partial credit toward your next cleaning — depending on the situation.

This policy does not cover dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations (e.g., permanent stains, damaged surfaces, or issues beyond standard cleaning scope).

5. Missed Appointments & Access Issues

If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access your home (e.g., locked out, incorrect address, or no one present), the booking will be treated as a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

To avoid this, please ensure someone is available to grant entry or provide access instructions in your booking notes.

6. Force Majeure

Lush Living House Cleaning will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, accidents, natural disasters, or emergencies. In such cases, we will reschedule your appointment at the earliest available time.
